Have a great week!
For I have learned to be content in any circumstance. I have experienced times of need and times of abundance. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of contentment, whether I go satisfied or hungry, have plenty or nothing. I am able to do all things through the one who strengthens me. Cake Mix Cookies
These cookies are easy to make out of items you probably already have in your pantry. You can make any combination of cake mix flavors and chips that you have on hand. You can also leave the chips out entirely.
1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chips, optional
Mix everything together except the chips. next, add the chips if you are using them. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on the pan for at least 1 minute then move to a wire rack. Make about 3 dozen.
Here are some good combos to try:
Yellow cake mix with semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate cake mix with mint chocolate chips
